Marketing Manager - Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies, Promote Products or Services.

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing agency in Malaysia.

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in formulating and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our clients' products or services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive product/service awareness and achieve business objectives for our diverse client base.
  • Conduct indepth market research and analyze consumer trends to identify target audiences and refine marketing approaches tailored to our clients' needs.
  • Oversee advertising and promotional activities, ensuring they align with the overall marketing strategy and deliver impactful results.
  • Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve marketing goals and foster their professional growth.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including creative, digital, and account management, to ensure seamless execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor marketing metrics and track campaign performance, leveraging datadriven insights to make strategic adjustments for optimal results.
  • Stay updated on market developments and emerging trends, adapting strategies to meet evolving client demands and exceed their expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as agencies and vendors, to enhance our service offerings and deliver maximum value to our clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in marketing roles, with a focus on developing and executing successful marketing strategies within a marketing agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of market research techniques and consumer behavior analysis to drive datainformed marketing decisions.
  • Experience in managing advertising and promotional activities across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of marketing professionals.
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in interpreting marketing data to drive strategic decisionmaking and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and external partners.
