Job Summary:


The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specific branch or location, ensuring efficient and effective performance.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Operations Management:
  • Supervise and manage all branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

  • Staff Management:
  • Recruit, train, and develop branch staff.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local market.
  • Foster relationships with key customers and clients.

Qualifications and Skills:
