Assistant Restaurant Manager - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - ASIA MEX CONCEPTS SDN BHD
Description
1. Assist restaurant manager to manage the team.- Represent as a Leader when Restaurant Manager is absent.
- Ensure that all SOPs on quality, service and cleanliness are strictly adhered to.
- Plan manpower and create weekly schedules. Track attendance of staff in terms of lateness, MC and track AL/PH.
- Ensure staff discipline in terms of punctuality, staff attitude and hygiene.
- Provide regular staff training through daily briefings.
- Motivate and counsel staff where necessary to build and retain a strong team.
- Ensure execution of Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards, including the monitoring of food product quality.
- Ensure sufficient operating equipment (chinaware, napkins, cleaning chemicals etc).
- Handle customer complaints and escalate to management where necessary.
- Resolve operational matters in a timely and practical way.
- Prepare all reports required (daily operational report, attendance report, inventory report etc) on a timely basis.
Pay:
RM2, RM2,900.00 per month
