Duties:

This is a project role to support on mass data validation and data update in IQN Navigator as part of the change in organization structure.

Responsible to perform data validation and data update (manual & bulk update) in IQN Navigator on timely manner.
Accountable for data quality
Data completeness and accuracy.
Require updating in Project tracker for project tracking purpose
To engage and communicate with hiring managers in various business and function (across regions) to perform data validation.
Require collaborating with finance focal for cost object validation.
Require collaborating with internal teams (master data, MI, Operation, project focal) to ensure tasks are being executed accordingly in different teams. Ability to work with virtual teams Multitasking and prioritizing requests.
Well organized and attentive to details
Executing any other support tasks as and when required
Entitled for Overtime only if required by the Business.

Qualification and Additional Requirement:

Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field
At least 23 years of relevant working experience in the HR / Admin field.
