Responsibilites

Client Management:


  • Maintain regular contact with clients
  • Lead effective meetings
  • Thorough knowledge of the client's business, competitors, and market
  • Opportunities for incremental revenue increases identified and developed

Communication Strategies Development & Implementation:

  • Development of all major and new campaign briefs
  • Recommend appropriate research as required
  • Brief Creative on campaigns
  • Media consulted on strategies as
  • Prepare strategies for selling creative work to clients ensuring creative is on strategy and within budget

Quality Control/Standards Maintenance:


  • Creative work confirms advertising codes, legal and ethical standards
  • Work conforms with corporate brand identity guidelines and media specifications

Financial Management:


  • Preparation and monitoring of an annual financial plan
  • Working knowledge of client contracts
  • Signoff of relevant financialrelated documentation (ISRs, POs, production estimates, etc)
  • Provide clients with accurate monthly budget/actual reconciliation/s for media/ production
  • Preparation of accurate monthly client billing forecasts
  • Record and maintain detailed hours on all tasks

Group Management:


  • Work trafficked in an effective manner
  • Team members adhere to established processes and procedures
  • All appropriate signoffs obtained

People Management:


  • Team members adhere to established processes and procedures
  • All appropriate signoffs obtained
  • Team members have a clear understanding of job requirements
  • Performance Agreements in place and reviews conducted on time
  • Team meetings held regularly

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5 years experience in brand management
  • Diploma / Degree in Mass Communication / Advertising or equivalent
  • Significant previous agency experience
  • Knowledge of all advertising processes/procedures
  • Thorough understanding of creative and planning concepts
  • Knowledge of strategic intent and experience in evaluating creative work against it

Salary:
RM8, RM10,000.00 per month
