Position Summary:
(Brief summary of primary responsibilities)_


This position is responsible to ensure producers have a reliable supply of raw materials, and coordinate the distribution of finished goods to consumers.

They focus on meeting consumer demand and minimizing the costs of storing and transporting goods.

Minimum Requirements:_

Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies / Administration or Management or equivalent.

Familiar with shipping/export documentations/ custom procedures and process. Able to work independently under pressure. Strong PC computer skills.

Speak, write, and read fluent English

Key responsibilities_: _
(Behaviors, Skills, Responsibilities)_

Ø Make shipment booking with related freight forwarders upon receive of shipment instruction.

Ø To plan and prepare import and export shipping schedule.


Ø Monitor and ensure it's on time ETA for import and export shipment such as via sea, air truck and courier services.


Ø To prepare and process all shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoices, Certificate of Origin and etc.

Ø Follow up and ensure each Delivery Order is duly chop and signed acknowledgement by transporter of customer.

Ø Filing claims to forwarders if shipment found damage during transshipment.

Ø To monitor and review on ocean freight rates, marine insurance and in-land transportation.

Ø Liaise with Government and Custom Department for submission of relevant documents.

Ø Ensure compliance of forwarding and Malaysian Custom procedures / process.

Ø Ensure custom related issues are solved immediately within the allowable time frame.

Ø Prepare Form K report for submitted to Custom Malaysia every 3 months.

Ø Ensure monthly reports are submitted to Custom before the time line set by Custom Malaysia.

Ø Proper filing of all import and export shipping documents.
