Description
Responsible for establishing and maintaining high sanitation standards in all food preparation areas.

  • Responsible for providing functional assistance to operations during peak periods and functions.
  • Responsible to keep F&B equipment inventory book up to date.
  • Responsible to maintain all F&B areas free of pests at all times.
  • Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment.
  • To operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dishwashing machine, hand wash stations potscrubbing station, and trash compactor.
  • Wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas, table, tools, knives, and equipment.
  • Receive deliveries, store perishables properly and rotate stock.
  • To ensure clean wares are stored in appropriate areas.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate


Salary:
RM1, RM2,600.00 per month
