Lonkoom Perfume, a distinguished fragrance brand and one of the top 3 MCN institutions in TikTok Malaysia, is seeking a talented individual to join our team.

As the proud brand owner of Lonkoom, we are committed to delivering exceptional experiences to our customers through innovative e-commerce operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments. Ensure accuracy in order entry and resolve any issues related to billing or shipping discrepancies.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of our perfume products, including their features, benefits, and usage instructions, to effectively assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions and resolving queries related to product specifics.
  • Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency. Work with supervisors or management to find satisfactory resolutions and prevent future occurrences.
  • Stay updated on our product changes, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and contribute to ongoing training initiatives.

Job Requirements:


  • Proficient in both Malay and Chinese languages (Mandarin), both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with customers and collaborate with the China customer service team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally and courteously with customers, address their inquiries or concerns, and convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize customer satisfaction, empathize with customers' needs, and strive to deliver prompt and effective solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Proven capability to identify issues, analyze problems, and implement effective solutions in a fastpaced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business requirements, multitask effectively, and work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak sales periods or livestream events.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues, share information, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to accurately process orders, record customer information, and ensure that all customer interactions are handled with precision and accuracy.
  • Basic knowledge of ecommerce platforms such as TikTok and Shopee, including their messaging systems and order processing procedures, is preferred.

Pay:
RM1, RM3,000.00 per month
