Location:
Dataran Prima, Petaling Jaya
Responsibilities:
- Initiate, plan, review, and implement effective HR policies and procedures to follow compliance and ensure the effectiveness.
- Advise in all aspects of HR functions in payroll and HR system, employee relations, employment law and compliance, compensation and benefits, administration and HR related matters.
- Provide staff expertise, advice, and counsel to management and all levels within the organization on a variety of staff issues.
- Enforce all matters related to disciplinary issues for staff grievances, misconduct, termination, and issue letters in compliance with labour laws.
- Constantly up to date on any changes in Malaysian Government Legislation and Act, rules and regulations of local authorities to align with company policies.
- Ensure the salary payments, allowances, and claims are accurate and processed in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update the employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies, and other HRrelated documents. Ensure employees understand and comply with the policies.
- Develop performance goals and motivate the team to exceed expectations, leverage metrics/ KPIs to monitor and enhance the team's performance.
- Conduct performance appraisals and advise senior management on remuneration and promotions based on the proper analysis.
- Prepare the HR related reports for the management.
- Perform any other special projects/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management.
Requirements:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource/ Business Management or any related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Human Resources.
- A valuable team player and able to work independently.
- Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Knowledgeable in the Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and current HR best practices.
- Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Must possess own transport and willing to travel as per assigned and when needed.
- Mandarin language skill will be an added advantage.
Pay:
RM5, RM7,000.00 per month

- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
