JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure that dishes are prepared and cooked according to the specific restaurant standards.
- Ensure that stock is rotated and controlled within the specific section of the kitchen.
- Ensure all policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines are carefully adhered to.
- To be responsible for completing place
- To be flexible and willing to help the restaurant kitchen at busy times if required.
- Must follow all the policies and food safety rules in the kitchen to ensure quality product.
- Preparing the ingredients for senior chef
- Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately
- Responsible for food labeling and stock rotation (FIFO), inform senior chef when par stock is low.
- Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation
- Ensure to adhere to health and food safety standards.
- Help to troubleshoot and solve any kitchen issues that may arise and highlight to Sous Chef
QUALIFICATIONS:
a)
Nationality:
Malaysian. Must be 45 years and below.
c) Experience:
- At least 12 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Pay:
RM2, RM2,500.08 per month
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
Experience:
- Chef: 1 year (preferred)
