Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the outdoor market segment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our sustainable clothing and uniform solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns tailored to the outdoor market.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Proven track record of success in outdoor sales, preferably within the apparel or fashion industry.
Knowledge and passion for sustainable fashion and ecofriendly practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish longterm relationships with clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
