    We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team at DXC Technology. Our company is committed to delivering excellence and innovative solutions, serving over 6,000 customers worldwide.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Provide onsite technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance within SLA for hardware and software issues.
    • Support hardware devices including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and meeting room equipment.
    • Diagnose and resolve software issues for operating systems and applications.
    • Perform IMACD activities: installations, moves, adds, changes, and de-installations.
    • Offer enhanced support for VIP users and coordinate with infrastructure teams for network and server issues.
    • Manage hardware and software updates, asset management, and support for event setups.
    • Assist in large-scale deployment projects, including asset auditing, imaging, and migration.

    Required Skills:

    • 3 to 5 years of deskside support experience, preferably in multinational support and VIP support.
    • Experience with ServiceNow is preferred.
    • Strong technical support skills and basic infrastructure knowledge.
    • Excellent communication and coordination skills in English.
    • Polite, patient, helpful, adaptable, and willing to work overtime when needed.
