Description

Responsibilities:


  • Greets and attends to patients in courteous, polite and professional manner
  • Opening and closing the clinic, to obtain the key from security office.
  • Ensure patient's Medical Record and relevant document is available prior to commencement of clinic.
  • Assist consultant in procedure and maintains patient privacy at all times.
  • Direct patient to respective diagnostic department for investigation and treatment
  • Ensure followup appointments are issued, explained and keyed in HIS accordingly
  • Facilitate patient on admission to ward.
  • Answer telephone calls and directs calls to consultant when necessary.
  • Maintain clinic and procedure room cleanliness and tidiness upon utilizing.
  • Ensure items used (e.g. consumables, procedures) are charged accordingly via CIS system.
  • Ensure adequate supplies (e.g. consumables, equipment etc.) prior to commencement of clinic.

Job Requirements:


  • Must be willing to work at Mid Valley, Southkey Johor Bahru.
  • Minimum SPM.
  • Prefer 1 year experience from the same field.
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft office.
  • Responsible and mature in thinking.
  • Ability to demonstrate genuine concern for patients and patient satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage and efficiently complete multiple tasks on time.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
RM1, RM1,900.00 per month
