Clinic Assistant - Johor Bahru, Malaysia - Regency Specialist Hospital
Description
Responsibilities:
- Greets and attends to patients in courteous, polite and professional manner
- Opening and closing the clinic, to obtain the key from security office.
- Ensure patient's Medical Record and relevant document is available prior to commencement of clinic.
- Assist consultant in procedure and maintains patient privacy at all times.
- Direct patient to respective diagnostic department for investigation and treatment
- Ensure followup appointments are issued, explained and keyed in HIS accordingly
- Facilitate patient on admission to ward.
- Answer telephone calls and directs calls to consultant when necessary.
- Maintain clinic and procedure room cleanliness and tidiness upon utilizing.
- Ensure items used (e.g. consumables, procedures) are charged accordingly via CIS system.
- Ensure adequate supplies (e.g. consumables, equipment etc.) prior to commencement of clinic.
Job Requirements:
- Must be willing to work at Mid Valley, Southkey Johor Bahru.
- Minimum SPM.
- Prefer 1 year experience from the same field.
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft office.
- Responsible and mature in thinking.
- Ability to demonstrate genuine concern for patients and patient satisfaction.
- Ability to manage and efficiently complete multiple tasks on time.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Job Types:

RM1, RM1,900.00 per month
