Responsibilities:
- Ensure all communication is handled professionally and promptly but with a human touch across all channels
- Demonstrating strong product, brand and industry knowledge to ensure all customer queries are answered making them promoters of the brand
- Meet targets and requirements set by the client and management.
- Appropriate knowledge and information shared by the client and management team.
- Take the extra mile to engage with consumers
Mandatory Requirements:
Open to Freshers
Skills:
- Advanced English level (B2) both written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- Contact centre experience of at least 1 year
- Track record of achieving targets
- Problemsolving oriented
- Consumeroriented mindset
- Great interpersonal skills
- Technology adept
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Basic IT skills, including using multiple operating systems
- Research skills
- Detailoriented
- Ability to work well in a team as well as on your own
