Responsibilities: - Reporting to the Head of AML and KYC Operations, you will:
- Support the setup and maintenance of AML control process across region, including operation on identity verification, customer screening & rating, enhance due diligence, transaction monitoring, etc.
- Responsible to manage and oversight Level 1&2 Operation Team to ensure timeline & quality in the most efficiency manner. It includes the coordination with Procurement Team on vendor contract arrangement.
- Promptly respond any BAU issues on AML process e.g. coordinate with Product/Tech Customer Care, and Compliance Team
- Proactively Support any relevant actions on AML project developments / feature enhancements to keep pace with business growth, compliance risk mitigation exercise, and operation efficiency.
- Look across the control practice of each ventures and support to standardize process/procedure across region
- Support necessary actions on AML regulation update, AML regulatory reporting, and Risk Governance exercise e.g. outsourcing management, BCP, internal risk assessments, etc.
- Assist to create/review any relevant AML related procedure/manual in adhering to AML & Sanctions policies and guidance issued by AML compliance.
- Regularly review & monitor MI dashboards and relevant data for reporting to Head of AML and KYC operations & AML Compliance
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- To succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
- 5 years of operation management experience (intermediate level or above) in e-Payment, FinTech, e-commerce, or banking industry
- A strong knowledge on Anti-Money Laundering controls, Customer Identification & Verification.
- Practical experience in risk controls & governance process.
- Database/IT background, understand system architecture and capable to query data.
- Experience in managing & driving operation projects
- Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking, planning and analysis with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills. Able to strategically coordinate with internal & external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Able to travel occasionally depending on the needs of the organization
