Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Managing the daytoday operations of the office
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Compile monthly claims, data entry of receipts, payments and journal entries.
- Updating information, payment, sorting out expenses
- Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritise work to meet deadlines
- Responsible in administrative duties such as filing, record keeping, and organising documents
- Collaborate with team members and various departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with colleagues and client
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Coordinate office events and activities and schedules, office procedures and systems, ensure smooth office operations and to promote a positive and engaging workplace culture.
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs
- Other general admin duties such as handling refreshments, office maintenance, purchasing.
- Any tasks assigned by the superior from time to time
Requirements:
- Primary Languages: Mandarin & English (Both in writting and communicating)
- Preferably mandarin speaker due to roles requirement need liases with clients from China
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Time management skills to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of products and services offered by the company
- Familiarity with general administrative tasks and procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
Working hours:
Monday - Friday : 9am-6pm
