Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, plan, coordinate, and establish office administrative process, procedures, policies and systems.
- To accompany CEO on business visit as when necessary, to support the communication.
- Coordinate with Accounting firm on relevant activities; claims process, billing, invoicing and etc.
Qualifications & Requirements:
ii. Good to have experience handling the HR Operations but not mandatory.
iii. Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel & Power Point).
