Hiring Company - Recruitment Agency, headquartered in Singapore with an office in Malaysia. Focusing on entry to mid level recruitment services

Salary - Up to MYR 10,000 Basic Salary + Commission/Incentives

Must-have -
Mandarin speaking ability / Strong experience
leading recruiters in an agency setting /
Managing clients & conducting Business Development activities

Responsibilities:


  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, setting clear goals, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to achieve KPI's and achieving successful placements
  • Oversee the endtoend recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, provide strategic advice, and ensure alignment in recruitment efforts.
  • Establish key performance metrics, analyse recruitment data, and provide regular reports to drive improvements in the recruitment process.

Requirements:

More than 4 years experience as a Recruitment / TA Lead:

  • Familiar with quantity sourcing/hiring & experienced with entry-level roles
  • Experienced in leading Recruiters (being able to provide guidance / set and monitor KPI's and performance improvement plans)

Ability to speak Mandarin is needed:

  • Exposed to conducting BD activities (Maintaining clients and hunting for new clients)
  • Able to travel to office in KL City
  • Strong record in Onboarding new clients & making placements

Additional Points:

  • Young, Driven & Energetic team (Around 10 pax or so)
  • Looking for a senior figure to assist in leading junior recruiters
  • Experience in managing team P&L's will be a strong advantage

Salary:
RM7, RM10,000.00 per month
