As an intern, you will be supporting our Human Resource team in conducting end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, performance management and employee relations in shaping our company's future.

Internship Job Details:


  • Working Arrangement: Work From Home (Remote)
Working Hours: 8.30 am pm (Monday to Friday)

  • Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:


  • Planning and learning the hiring process
  • Provide and support endtoend recruitment activities
  • Onboarding support
  • Assist in developing and organizing employee engagement activities
  • Provide support in talent management planning
  • Research to understand the current trends in the job market across various regions
  • Monitors and liaises with respective Heads on the progress of recruitment activities

What we are looking for:


  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Always stay updated on the current trends, and online marketing concepts/strategies
on social media

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, etc
  • Positive work attitude and ability to work independently in a team

What you will learn:

goals and values

  • Gain proficiency in HR data analytics to make informed decisions and measure HR

RM RM700.00 per hour
