Position:
IT Support - L1 Service Desk
Required:
years of experience in supporting enterprise technologies or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Microsoft Office Apps, Snow ticketing tools
- Education Level
- Diploma or higher or equivalent experience
- Strong English and Mandarin proficiency, written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, energetic, enthusiastic attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent at multitasking & task prioritization
- Skilled use of the Microsoft Office Suite, e.g. Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
- Strong ability to comprehend written communications.
Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Cyberjaya (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Cyberjaya: Relocate before starting work (required)
