Position:
IT Support - L1 Service Desk


Required:

years of experience in supporting enterprise technologies or equivalent

  • Customer service experience
- intermediate knowledge skills of L1 service desk support/ L1 Technical Support

  • Microsoft Office Apps, Snow ticketing tools
  • Education Level
  • Diploma or higher or equivalent experience
  • Strong English and Mandarin proficiency, written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, energetic, enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent at multitasking & task prioritization
  • Skilled use of the Microsoft Office Suite, e.g. Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Strong ability to comprehend written communications.

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to Commute:

  • Cyberjaya (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Cyberjaya: Relocate before starting work (required)
