Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

A Bachelors/ Master's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Microelectronics, or Computer Engineering.
Min 810 years' experience in silicon test development or related businesses or related manager position

Preferred Qualifications:

Significant experience in analog product development is essential. This includes handson experience with design, testing, and troubleshooting of analog circuits.
Good knowledge and understanding of silicon product test development, silicon debugging, characterization, yield analysis
Experience in leading and managing teams is crucial. This includes the ability to mentor and develop team members, as well as to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills are important for identifying and resolving issues that arise during the development process.
Strong project management skills are essential for overseeing the development of analog products from concept to production. This includes the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
Excellent communication skills are important for interacting with team members, stakeholders, and customers. This includes the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Working Model:

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
