Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelors/ Master's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Microelectronics, or Computer Engineering.
- Min 810 years' experience in silicon test development or related businesses or related manager position
Preferred Qualifications:
- Significant experience in analog product development is essential. This includes handson experience with design, testing, and troubleshooting of analog circuits.
- Good knowledge and understanding of silicon product test development, silicon debugging, characterization, yield analysis
- Experience in leading and managing teams is crucial. This includes the ability to mentor and develop team members, as well as to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills are important for identifying and resolving issues that arise during the development process.
- Strong project management skills are essential for overseeing the development of analog products from concept to production. This includes the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Excellent communication skills are important for interacting with team members, stakeholders, and customers. This includes the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Working Model:
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
