Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
Manage and lead the finance team in Malaysia, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective performance.

Accounting Oversight:
Oversee and conduct thorough financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Monthly Reporting:
Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports, analyzing key financial metrics and presenting insights to the management team.

Financial Analysis:
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations for business improvement.

Budgeting and Forecasting:
Collaborate in the development of annual budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance against financial targets.

Year-End Financial Statements:
Lead the preparation of year-end financial statements, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and facilitating external audit processes.

Compliance Management:
Stay updated on changes in local financial regulations, ensuring the company's financial activities align with legal requirements.

Process Improvement:
Continuously identify and implement improvements to financial processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) are highly desirable.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management roles, with a proven track record in team leadership and financial analysis.
Strong understanding of Malaysian financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Fluent in both Chinese and English (oral and written).
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with the ability to prepare and interpret financial statements.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
Proficient in financial software and tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Working Hours:

Monday-Friday: 9.00 AM PM
