Responsibilities:

Market Analysis:
Assist the Manager in conducting comprehensive research to identify new markets and growth opportunities.

  • Client Engagement: Arrange and participate in business meetings with potential clients to showcase our products/services and address their unique needs.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Collaborate with strategic partners to explore new business avenues and cultivate mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Promotion and Sales: Effectively promote our company's offerings to generate interest and drive sales.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain longterm relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Event Management: Identify suitable venues for public sector events aimed at boosting sales, and manage all logístical aspects of these events.
  • Product Briefings: Conduct engaging briefings on our affordable homeownership product, highlighting its features and benefits.
  • Agent Support: Provide support to agents under Business Development to facilitate presentations, bookings, and conversions, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think strategically and develop effective business plans.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 12 months


Pay:
RM2, RM3,200.00 per month
