What you will do?

  • Good communication skills and proven record in supermarket exploring, and a good player in team work.
  • Developing, aligning and deploying Commercial Action Plan and Malaysia market explore.
  • Develop social media, ecommerce marketing and promotion plan.
  • Prepare market analysis through evaluating new market prospects.
  • Evaluate market information and prepare reports as well as rate analysis required for management and sales staff.
  • Developing marketing plan and budget.
  • Planning and supervising marketing operations to achieve target (Monthly and Quarterly).
  • Develop Organization Capacity and Capability.
  • Own and lead the career planning of his/her staffs.
  • Lead plans to develop and sustain distributor organization capability.
  • Develop and manage marketing team.
  • Other duties assigned by superior or management.

Requirements:


  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Salary:
RM 8,000 - RM 10,000 per month
