The Role:

As the Sales Coordinator at The Makeover Guys, you will be servicing both the homeowners and agents. You will be working on the top 1% handpicked designer homes in Malaysia. Your work will directly impact our customer experience and sales.


What You'll Do:


  • Oversee the full cycle rental of our designer units
  • Service and maintain good relationship between our trusted partner agents and homeowners
  • Ensure smooth operation such as scheduling appointments, key management, etc.
  • Familiarize yourself with our property development
  • Conduct property rental market research

; Requirements:


  • Interest/experience in customer service or relationship management is a plus
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Must be at least conversational in Mandarin
  • Excellent time management, communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, resultsoriented, and positive
