Assistant Warehouse Manager - Shah Alam, Malaysia - Times Consult
Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the team performance and ensure overall operations of the warehouse and logistic are always at the highest service level
- Develop and implement policies and procedure to improve warehouse and logistics operations
- Manage the organization and storage of goods in the warehouse (both insourced and outsourced warehouse) and ensuring all products are stored in an accurate, safe and efficient manner
- Overseeing the overall warehousing activities, not limit to receiving, storing, and outgoing
- Ensure inventory accuracy at all time
- Ensure all safety and security measure are followed and comply.
- Coordinate with 3rd party transporter & freight forwarder on delivery/pick up and manage the service performance of the service providers both outsourced transporter and 3PL warehouse
Requirements:
- Tertiary education with minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse operations
- Strong problemsolving skills. Fluent in English in both written and verbal
- Knowledge of warehouse management software.
- Knowledge in GDPMD and ability to operate forklift & reach truck is an added advantages
Salary:
RM4, RM5,087.96 per month
