We're seeking a Sales Executive to join our team, responsible for spearheading sales initiatives, cultivating strong customer relationships, and achieving ambitious targets in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, driving market share growth in the FMCG sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, qualification, and proactive outreach.
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing customers, distributors, and retailers to maximize sales opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.
Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for product innovation.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns, product launches, and pricing strategies to boost sales and enhance brand visibility.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to monitor performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with customers and distributors to optimize profitability and maintain competitiveness.
Monitor inventory levels and product availability to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Stay abreast of industry developments, market trends, and regulatory changes impacting the FMCG sector.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase products, engage with potential clients, and elevate brand presence.

Qualifications:

Proven success in sales roles, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Deep understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices specific to the FMCG sector.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and influence key stakeholders.
Strong team player with the ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
High mandarin proficiency

Salary:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
