Position :
Customer service for Global E-commerce contact center
Location :
Menara Public Bank 2(near to KL tower )
Working days :
Rotational shift ( 5 days work per week) -weekends /public holiday is require to work if shift assigned
Nature of Business:
E-Commerce web platform
Requirement:
- Minimum SPM level entry
- No working experience needed
- Fluent in both English & Malay
- Basic Ecommerce Knowledge
Salary Package :
Basic
Working Hour : 5 days with 9 hours rotational shift (11am-11pm), required to work during public holiday & weekends if shift assigned to you
Shift rotation as below:
11am-8pm
12pm-9pm
1pm-10pm
2pm-11pm
- 12 months contract
- Two week Training provided
Intake date : 26 February & 11 March
Job Scope:
- Will handle customer from MY & Singapore
- Ensure all the problems and enquiries can be solve on time
Salary:
RM2, RM2,700.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
