Description

Service Specialist

  • Primary pointofcontact for all automotive service and repair matters, arrange for appropriate service/repairs, and set/manage customer expectations regarding service delivery.
  • Interpreting and relaying customer concerns and feedback to the technical team for further diagnosis.
  • To work closely with the customers on the cost of repairs and update the customers on the status of their car repairs.
  • To place the order with the Parts Department and inform customers upon arrival of parts.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 3 Year(s) experience in Aftersales Advisory function (preferably from luxury makes).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is able to interact with people at all levels.
  • Possess excellent sales, technical and product knowledge.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
