Description
The admin executive will assist the administration team.

Writing and communication in Mandarin is compulsory due to company policy and processes in liaise with HQ office based in China.

Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.


1.0 RESPONSIBILITY:
1.1 Admin Administration

  • Handle in the administration matters with a high level of efficiency and effectiveness, prepare documentation, followup and practice excellent internal and external communications.
  • Assist in overseas and supervise the administration functions of the organization including reception, utilities payment, monitor company fixed assets
- control and procurement, disposal and writing
- off, facility management and provision of furnishings necessary for effective operation.

  • To coordinate and planning for Office Event / Function Planner and coordination
  • Assist in Office Branding and image Standardization.
  • Assist in maintaining Quality Database for office administration such as tenancy, minutes of meeting record, vendor database, utilities, maintenance, video, photo and authority related record.
  • To assist for company secretary document handling, controlling, recording, filing and etc.
  • To undertake any and all others duties and responsibilities as so instructed by superior.
1.2 Work Permit Coordination

  • Assist for working permit related process such as expatriate visa and labor visa.
  • Assist for working permit related documentation management and work permit related authorities' coordination.
  • To undertake any and all others duties and responsibilities as so instructed by superior.
1.3 IT & OA System Coordination

  • Monitor company IT related fixed assets movement and reporting
  • Assist in Company OA System enhancement such as company news released, memo management and others OA module development for Admin and ISO.
  • Assist in Company Website monitoring and updating.
1.4 Archive Center

  • Assist in archive center set up and record monitoring.
1.5 Internal Control Related.

  • Assist in the documentation management.
  • Assist in Internal Control Audit preparation and coordination.
1.6 To ensure the Integrated Management Systems are implemented.


Job Types:
Full-time, Contract, New-Grad

Contract length: 24 months


Pay:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
