Description
Responsibilities:
- To provide administrative support to the sales & service team
- To process and coordinate quotation, sales order, invoices and other documentation
- To maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates;
- To maintain and organized filing system to ensure traceability of documents;
- Detailed thinking, checking for data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Collaborative skills needed to liaise with the Logistics department to confirm timely deliveries.
- Clerical skills to provide and update sales and customer records.
- Computer skills to generate monthly reports.
- To work closely with internal team to ensure responsiveness to customer requests;
- Any other duties assisgned by management from time to time;
Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field;
- Must be Computer literate, Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and Outlook, in particular)
- Ensure accurate and timely report, Ability to meet stipulated deadlines on assigned task
- Responsible, meticulous and posses good working attitude;
- Must be willing to work at SEKSYEN 27, SHAH ALAM.
- Fluent (written and spoken) in English (Mandarin speaker are advantages).
- Able to convey, coordinate and follow up on the overall day to day business operations.
- Multitask, resourceful, organized, and proactive with a sense of urgency
