Finance Admin Clerk(Jb) - Johor Bahru, Malaysia - Viskou Technology Sdn Bhd
Description
Responsibility:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and other related software.
- Assist in data entry of accounting documents.
- Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and reconciliation. 8. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Keep update the project work progress report.
- Process payment for supplier, utilities and others.
- Assist production in ordering materials.
- Keep record about subcon work.
- Assist Finance Manager in other areas of accounting whenever necessary
- Perform other ad-hoc duties when necessary.
Requirement:
- Minimum academic qualification: SPM / STPM / Diploma/Degree.
- Experience working in Admin and Finance field will be an advantage.
- Selfmotivated, results oriented and able to work under pressure on tight deadlines.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors.
- Capacity to use Microsoft Office.
