Description
Create new and exciting menu items in accordance with current trends using company's products.

  • Develop new ideation and recipe around product focus. (festive season)
  • Able to create and improvise ideation to suit customers' requirement in terms of presentation, taste profile, ease of production in terms of presentation & cost effectiveness.
  • Able to test new products frequently to propose new solutions.
  • Confident, strong presentation skill on technical training to sales force and customers if require.
  • Willingness to travel outstation and work in any station of the kitchen when necessary.
  • Organize roadshow and demonstration across nation wide to win customers over.
  • Product knowledgehas indepth understanding of product functionality, match with customer needs and able to contribution to innovation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
  • Undertake other duties and responsibilities as may assign by the management from time to time as when necessary.

Requirement

  • Minimum 23 years of experiences in Bakery/Pastry.
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Responsible, committed and able to meet deadlines.
  • Strong sense of creativity and ability to keep up with current trends.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks and team player.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
