Job Description:
- Organize and maintain personnel records and update internal databases (e.g. Leave records, daily attendance)
- Prepare HR documents
- Coordinates and liaise with relevant external parties on HR matter (e.g. Government bodies, recruitment agencies)
- Perform endtoend recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing and on boarding new employees
- Responsible for payroll and claim processing function effectively
- Stay updated with employment law to ensure compliance with HR practices.
- Respond to employee's inquiries regarding employment terms and conditions.
- Responsible in handling employee's issue either by counselling or implement disciplinary action
- Assist in administration task or any adhoc tasks that may be needed by Management
Job Requirement:
- Possess at least Diploma in Human Resources Management.
- 3 years of work experience in HR field.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin (since you need to report to Taiwan HQ)
Salary:
RM3, RM4,500.00 per month

- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
