Responsibilities
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Requirements:
- Required languages
:English (B2 written): - Full Training Program will be provided for new hires even fresh graduates who are interested to start their career.
- Applicants must be willing to work on
24/7 rotational shifts: - Each Shift consists of
9 working hours included 1-hour break-time
Salary:
RM2, RM3,200.00 per month
