Description

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires.

This role requires a proactive individual who is adept at sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent in a competitive market.

You will work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and ensure that recruitment strategies are aligned with the company's goals and culture.

• Collaborate with department managers to identify and define specific recruitment needs and job requirements.
• Manage job postings on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to promote Babel Group as an employer of choice.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment and recruitment practices.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, such as timetohire and costperhire, to drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
• Work with the HR team to develop and implement onboarding plans for new hires.
