Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Execute digital marketing activities, including but not limited to:
- SEO: Implement and optimise SEO best practices on websites for search engines, including conducting market research on keywords, consumer trends, and competing brands.
- Advertising: Plan, run, and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to increase brand awareness and lead conversion.
- Online reputation management: Track and monitor web mentions, identify positive and negative results on search engines and social media. Improve and maintain favourable online reputation for the brand/ company.
- Content creation: Understand the market and localise/ transcreate content based on local market trends and consumer behaviours. Contribute ideas, strategise and plan content according to brand strategy and positioning.
- Social media: Manage corporate social media accounts. Build community online, foster audience engagement and respond to feedbacks, enquiries and comments.
- Analytics: Generate and analyse monthly reports for website and social media to provide actionable insights for improvements.
- Liaise closely with HQ digital marketing team to execute digital marketing activities.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure all online activities complement offline efforts.
- Work with external parties, such as online media companies, to implement campaign/ project when necessary.
- Keep abreast of new digital platforms, digital marketing trends and emerging technologies, brainstorm for new ideas for digital marketing.
- Perform other duties and projects as necessary to meet company goals.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in digital marketing, marketing, communication or other related fields.
- With working experience in digital marketing.
- 1 to 2 years' experience in this field
- Familiar with digital marketing landscape and social media channels.
- Handson experience on Google Analytics, SEO, Google Ads and Social Media Ads preferred.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin. Malay a plus.
- Experienced in doing research using multiple sources.
- Able to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Able to communicate and collaborate effectively.
- Independent, creative, resourceful, dataoriented and problem solver.
