Description
Field Training, Coaching and Consulting Services- Consulting with customers, Technical Support Manager, Associate District Manager and Field Sales & Service Manager on key projects and challenging pest elimination issues.
- Provide root cause analysis and problem resolution to assist with coaching, training & developing associates as well as assisting customers in overcoming pest infestations.
- Check for ongoing proficiency against agreed upon protocols competencies.
- Identify gaps in service reports, service to protocol, scheduling, product usage and regulatory & scope compliance.
- Meet with the customer, along with assigned Service Specialist, to assist in providing an inspection to determine and help execute the proper pest treatment/program and solution.
- Recommend solutions to ensure proper service delivery meets the customer's needs.
- Assist Manager in development of components of new associate training plans.
- Conduct/facilitate formal group training e.g. in division meetings.
- Business development & retention
- Plan the annual Quality audits and review monthly.
- Complete Quality audits as per contract commitments and as agreed with customers.
- Review service reports and trend reports in advance of business reviews.
- Attend business reviews in collaboration with the Field Sales & Service Manager or ADM.
- Participate in new business surveys as required.
- Provide recommendations on expansion/enhancement of programs at existing sites.
- Provide recommendations for noncontract jobs to deal with pest infestations.
- Build a strong working relationship with the service, sales and ADM.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Sciences (Entomology and Parasitology, or Animal Resource Science and Management)
- Possess valid driving license and
willing to travel
- Pest Industry experience complete with Pesticide Applicator License (PAL)
- Strong technical and problemsolving skillset with good judgement and decisionmaking ability
- Strong communication and leadership skills, and ability to build relationships (internal and external)
- Able to devise effective customer solutions in new or unfamiliar situations.

Salary:
RM4, RM5,500.00 per month
