Job Responsibilities

Training and Development

  • To work closely with Head of HR on all training plan and structure including onboarding, OJT, Career Development Plan, Succession Plan, and yearly training calendar.
  • To conduct a training needs analysis, assess gaps, evaluate the effectiveness of a learning intervention.
  • Assists in developing efficient measuring tool to ensure all delivered programs are continuously followed.
Recruitment and Staffing

  • To assist in developing and implementing recruiting structure including identify the detailed criteria and requirement, selling / promoting vacancy through various channel/platform, screening and selection, interviewing and preboarding.
  • Becoming the Brand Ambassador of the company
  • Providing general HR support to employees and to assist in all other areas in the HR department when necessary.
  • Responsible in off boarding process including exit questionnaire, handover of company properties.
Industrial Relations and Engagement

  • Assist in ensuring company compliance with all existing governmental and labour legal.
  • Toassist in ensuring all Human Resource Policies and Procedures are implemented and followed.
  • Assist in handle staff disciplinary misconduct investigation and grievance.
  • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Keep records and ensure all annual leaves, MCs, medical claims or etc not exceed the maximum limit. Employee Performance Management
  • Assist in overseeing and manage performance appraisal system.
Compensation and Benefits

  • Assist in the benefits package structure planning and implementation
  • Assist in handling the payroll of employee including government statutory contributions.
  • Perform express or implied duties required by superior or company
Experience Needed

  • 12years in HR Field, advantage for those in L&D field
  • Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, selfdisciplined and dedicated
  • Capability to learn and transfer the knowledge for implementation
  • Openminded and willing to improve continuously
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

Salary:
RM3, RM4,500.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Human resources: 2 years (preferred)
  • Event organising: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • Mandarin (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Puchong (preferred)
