Description

We are looking for talented and experienced Business Development Executives who will be responsible for driving MAHSA Health sales by sourcing new clients, and by convincing existing clients to purchase added offerings.

We need a self-motivated person with strong communication and negotiation skills for Business Development.


Responsibilities:

Creating and implementing sales strategies and identifying new markets to enter.

Conducting market research to identify new business development opportunities.

Coordinating and arranging client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.

Preparing presentations and pitches for prospective clients.

Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

Writing and distributing agendas, proposals, cost estimates, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings.

Creating and maintaining client databases and mail lists.

Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

Tracking submitted proposals and providing feedback to management.

Work closely with team in development of new projects) and managing the project progress till success.

Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Providing effective administrative support


Qualifications:

Minimum a Degree in Marketing, Administration or equivalent.

Minimum 1 years of working experience in related field

Excellent communication & presentation skills.

Experience in Marketing and Sales

Outgoing & pleasant personality, good interpersonal skill & communication skills.

Result oriented, strong analytical skills & positive attitude.

Must be able to work independently with strong problem solving skills.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
RM1, RM3,500.00 per month
