Ensure the smooth flow of operations

Assist in developing proper procedures to be carried out in clinics by clinic assistants
Assist in training carried out for all clinical staffs
Carry out all the internal assessments for the clinical staff as planned and drown out according to the Gantt chart
Assist in monitoring compliances of all the procedures and SOPs at the clinics by all the staff
Plan all the modes of achievements with PIC and make sure goals are achieved to have a team that is skilful to give optimum service to our clients
Assist in carrying out the internal audit as planned and to meet a respective drawnout percentage to meet our target.
Attend weekly planned meetings whereby topics of importance will be discussed, and conclusion will be made
Writing and completing reports on all the tasks allocated

Qualification & Experience

At least 5 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Registered with Malaysia Nursing Board and possess a valid Annual practising certificate (APC)
Possessing Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) will be an extra advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
Good interpersonal skills, ethical approach to practice, wellgroomed with a pleasant personality
Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
Good computer skills
Detailoriented with the ability to multitask and a fast learner.
A selfmotivated team player, disciplined, able to work independently under pressure and tight schedule
Able to work long hours or to do shift work as and when required.
