Position Title:
Manufacturing Manager


Company Background:
Food Manufacturing

Working Hours: 8am - 5.45pm

Working Days: 5 days (Mon - Fri)

Working Location :
Gelang Patah, Johor.

Salary Range:
RM 8,000 to RM 10,000

Fixed Allowance:
RM 200 (Meal) + RM 500 (Travel)

Benefits:
Bonus (Depends on performance), Annual leave, Public Holiday, Sick Leave, EPF & SOCSO


Jobs Descriptions:

  • Plan, manage, and lead manufacturing team for production optimization, product safety and quality.
  • Oversee production run for timely and effective product delivery.
  • Monitor daily operations, report, and resolve abnormalities.
  • Implement costsaving strategies and maximize resource utilization.
  • Manage and minimize production downtime and yield loss.
  • Maintain food safety and quality control in production to comply with relevant requirements.
  • Initiate and oversee production improvement projects.
  • Develop and update standard operating procedures.
  • Prepare and submit monthly production reports.
  • Conduct regular meetings to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
  • Responsible for continuous improvement in production output, quality, and waste reduction.
  • In collaboration with various department to ensure smooth operations.
  • Any other duties as deemed fit by the Management.

Job Requirements:


  • At least 10 years of working experience in food manufacturing industry.
  • Must have knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control
  • Must have basic knowledge in FSSC22000, ISO22000, GMP and HACCP
  • Having FSSC certificate will be huge advantage
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical and problemsolving skills.

Salary:
RM8, RM10,000.00 per month
