As a Telemarketer specializing in training and team building services at NW Group, you will play a vital role in promoting our HRDF claimable programs to potential clients.

You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for our sales team to further discuss our offerings.

Your efforts will contribute to helping organisations unlock their full potential through our impactful training and team building solutions.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to HR and training managers in target organisations to introduce our training and team building services.
  • Highlight the benefits of our HRDF claimable programs and how they can address the specific needs and objectives of prospective clients.
  • Engage with decisionmakers to understand their training requirements, budget constraints, and timelines.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and ensure alignment with our target customer profile.
  • Schedule appointments and consultations for our sales representatives with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and lead status updates in the system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns and messaging.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, HRDF guidelines, and competitor offerings in the training and development space.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the training or HR services industry.
  • Familiarity with HRDF claimable programs and the process of submitting claims is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong understanding of training needs analysis and the ability to tailor solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in a related field is a plus.

Pay:
RM2, RM10,000.00 per month
