Location:
Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Petaling Jaya
- Responsible for managing vendor invoice processing, adhering to company policy and ensuring accurate verification and accounting of supporting documents.
- Collaborate with auditors and tax agents to fulfill audit, tax, and statutory requirements.
- Validate staff claims with supporting documents in accordance with company policy.
- Provide support for indirect tax (SST) reporting.
- Oversee vendor master account maintenance.
- Prepare reconciliations between the vendor's statement of account and the accounts payable subledger.
To be successful in this role:
- Degree/Diploma in related field (Finance, Accounting)
- Person with SAP system knowledge will be advance.
- 34 Years of related experiences
