Description
To develop and enhance related training and a new program for the company.- To plan and execute departmental yearly planning and strategy.
- To conduct training, tutorials, and competency tests for franchisees and assistants.
- To conduct center visits and consultations for Eye Level center.
- To support the operation of the flagship center as a model centre.
- To perform departmental duty and tasks when required.
Job Requirement:
- At least 23 Year(s) of working experience in the related field are required for this position.
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
- Positive attitude, mature, independent and need mínimal supervision.
- Possess good presentation skills, interpersonal skills, and leadership quality.
- Computer literate, especially in Word, Power Point, and Excel.
- Passionate about children's education.
- Fluent in English.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
