  • We are seeking a Recruiter to be the face of TA Malaysia, Indonesia, and Brunei as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner. This role is based in our PJ office and reports to the TA Manager for Australasia and SEA.

  • Manage endtoend recruitment processes, including consulting with HR and business managers to identify staffing needs.
Contribute towards global strategic programs, policies, platforms, services, and tools that enable the company to align staffing with the workforce plans. Drives programs in areas such as workforce redeployment and university hiring. Ensures local staffing practices comply with global/regional initiatives and legal requirements and meet business priorities such as diversity objectives.- Key Responsibilities- Establishes and maintains relationships with key decision-makers within a business and region. Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of the talent pool.- Drives the achievement of the hiring targets for their sub-region, including time to fill, cost per hire, graduate, and diversity hires. Supervises the staffing process within the sub-region; designs regional sourcing strategies in collaboration with sub-region leads; and troubleshoots and manages any escalations to senior management.- What you will need to be successful- Have a Bachelor's/Master's in HR/Business/Engineering or a related field.
Prior work experience supporting hiring demand in a Manufacturing or Engineering industry will be preferred. Proficient in using social media, job boards, and crafting competitive job adverts. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Workday / Taleo / Success factor) - Required. Ability to understand the duties and competencies of different roles. Good verbal and written communication skills. Detailed-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize well. Works well in a team and is forward-thinking.
