Description
Manage overall QC department are functions well.

  • Monitor all activities related Quality Control & Quality Assurance to ensure the company operations in compliance with ISO 9001:201
  • Reviews technical problems and procedures of departments and recommends solutions to problems or changes in procedures.
  • Visits and confers with representatives of material and component vendors to obtain information related to supply quality, capacity of vendor to meet orders and vendor quality standards.
  • Confers with engineers about quality assurance of new products designed and manufactured products on market to rectify problems.
  • Carry out investigation on any nonconformance product and perform necessary corrective actions to ensure conformance Quality Assurance requirement.
  • Conduct testing, evaluating, verifying and report preparation.
  • Responsible for product research & development upon request by top management.
  • Responsible for trains & supervising subordinate.
  • Review current standards and policies
  • Coordinate and manage system improvement meeting and its activities
  • Handle any finished products issues especially that requires justification prior to release (ensure proper investigate and verification done prior to release of products).

Job Requirement:


  • Possess at least Professional Certificate / Diploma
  • Experienced in handling ISO 9001:201
  • Minimum 58 years of working experience with Quality (
    powder coating field). Have been 35 years in managerial position.
  • Able to handle subordinates issue.

Salary:
RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
