Account Executive - Klang, Malaysia - Genesis Flex Sdn Bhd

Description

• Keep accurate records for all daily sales transactions
• Prepare monthly billing invoices of corporates
• Prepare biweekly payments of merchants
• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Follow up with customers on payment issue/ overdue payment
• Update and data entry into finance and accounting systems
• Assist in preparing financial reports
• Reconcile bank statements
• Participate in yearly financial audits
• Track bank deposits and payments
• Implementation and smooth execution of new accounting software.
• Generate payment vouchers, payment schedules & uploading for approval
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, statutory bodies, bankers, company secretary and lawyer for audit/tax/banking/legal matters
• Perform administrative works, prepare and maintenance of documentation records and filing in an orderly manner
• Organize filing system for important and confidential company documents
• Ensure timely payments for general office expenses such as utilities, rentals, telecommunications payment deadlines, licenses, etc
• Follow up on yearly renewal such as tenancy agreement, (if any)
• Other accounts and administrative duties as assigned

• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy or equivalents
• About 23 years of relevant working experience in Finance or Account/ Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
• Excellent proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Perform finance administrative and monitoring functions
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
• Experience using financial software (UBS) is an advantage
• Intermediate MS Office Suite (Excel) skills
• Knowledge of financial regulations
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Good time management skill
• Possess strong sense of responsibility, commitment, accountability, integrity, reactiveness and results oriented
• Positive working attitude, good in analytical and problemsolving skills
• Possess own transport
• Able to start work immediately
