Description

• Performing any combination of following duties to assist daily operations of restaurant/store.
• Assisting in creating Marketing Materials for Store.
• Replying Customer Query in Social Media or at Store.
• Assisting in promoting Exotic Animals products, diets and sales.
• Assisting in stock and inventory management, pets care. To ensure all stock & cash/credit card handling procedures are adhered to at all times and any discrepancies identified are fully investigated with appropriate action taken.
• Assisting in social media management and engagement.
• Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Upsell and recommend items to customer
• Maintain stock level of all products
• Report directly to the Operation Manager and Directors

• Malaysian citizen only
• Valid class D license and possess own transport and independently having a control over the usage of the vehicle.
• Discipline, responsible, punctual, and reliable.

• Able to work with dedication, independent with mínimal supervision. Able to commit for OT.
• Able to speak/write in Chinese, English & Malay
