  • Work with creative and content teams on template design, personalization and/or advanced features
  • Make suggestions for improvements and establish best practices.
  • Ensure prompt, accurate, and errorfree communication with customers to build loyal relationships and increase conversions. unsubscribe rate.

Requirements:


  • Excellent writing skills
  • Knowledge of latest digital marketing trends
  • Critical thinker and problemsolving skills
  • Strong timemanagement skills and ability to adhere to tight deadlines.
  • Great command of English and proficiency in spoken Mandarin and Cantonese would be preferable, as it aligns with our global communication requirements and enhances collaboration with our diverse team
